When I initially called I was immediately well greeted by Mercedes. Her assistance, knowledge and directing me to the proper person was prompt and professional. Community Manager Dwayne was very informative and assisted me with all my questions with helpful solutions. Calling HOA’s can be intimating and sometimes frustrating. However, that was not the case with Lifetime HOA. They were immediately available and pleasant to interact with!
Terri in the front office is friendly, helpful, and professional. She responds quickly and makes everything easy to handle. Great experience overall!
This management company makes living in an HOA a bit less painful. They are friendly and easy to work with. Their staff know how to use common sense and follow AZ laws accurately. This is surprisingly difficult to find in a management company. I would definitely recommend checking them out if you're thinking about changing management companies.
